The Head Springs area of the Rainbow Springs State Park offers a swimming area, a fairly large native plant garden and a nature trail through pine flatwoods with views of phosphate pits. Canoe rentals are available for use on the Rainbow River. There is also many paved trails through old theme park attractions such as a zoo area and 4 man-made waterfalls.<br />
